Self-hosted workspaces on your infrastructure, Terraform-defined.

Editorial take
Coder is what you install when legal says the computer cannot leave the building. Terraform templates are the isolation story you actually own. It will not write the diff. Enterprise features sit on a commercial license.
Strengths
- Workspaces on *your* compute, AGPL control plane.
- Terraform-defined environments.
- Fits regulated self-hosted factories.
Limitations
- You operate Kubernetes/VMs. This is not serverless sandbox SaaS.
- AGPL + commercial split.
- Not an agent harness.
